Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping 

Brown Babe offers shipping to all 50 U.S states, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands. 

  • Processing time usually takes from 24 to 72 hours from time order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to time to pack your order)
  • Processing takes place Monday through Saturday 9am till 5pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays. 
  • As soon as your order is processed you will receive your personalized tracking number. 


Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number provided to you - as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact UPS for further assistance and provide your tracking information. 



International Shipping 

We are happy to offer our international customers worldwide shipping, however all international orders are at the liability of the buyer including customs fees and holds.
